Blog 9: Lets steal those glasses!

As I was in The hut with Ralph last night chatting with him I heard a noise outside. We both were very scared, like my auntie always says "Never let anything scare you" but of course I get scared. and that time I got scared very very scared. The morning before the thief came Ralph and I thought of what had happened the night before. Jack and his hunters were on the mountain, we figured out that Simon had been killed by them, I couldn't help myself but to gesticulate. What if it was an accident, what if they didn't mean to kill Simon? but when they came to the huts I saw a whole different side of Jack, Ralph and I sit in the hut talking when Ralph cut me off I wondered what he did it for the hut was so hot and stifling, Jack was outside of the hut making noises and saying my name, I was shuddered and very frightful. At first I thought he was coming for the conch but after they fought us and kicked and punched I realized that he only came for my specs. I stood up from where I lay and felt my face with blood smothered all under my nose. They probably wanted them to build a fire and roast their pig with it. It just makes it so blurry to think of people who are in the world who would want to hurt someone on the inside and the outside?

Amber, first comment! Well I have to say, this was an interesting piece. I enjoyed how you included it being blurry and being hurt inside and out. "It just makes it so blurry to think of people who are in the world who would want to hurt someone on the inside and the outside?"
But I do wonder, how did Piggy know that it was Jack outside? What made him think that they wanted the conch? Besides this, great job.

When you said " like my auntie always says "Never let anything scare you" That really sounds like something piggy would say. Nice hook amber.

Not to be a hypocrite but " I was shuddered" try watching out for spelling mistakes. Anyways good job
